This quote by Elsie de Wolfe so accurately captures my life goal. Elsie (1859-1950) was an actress, author, socialite, yogi, and interior designer with a keen eye for color and beautiful things. We share much in common. As a child I would draw floor plans of my future dream homes and constantly rearrange the furniture in my bedroom. As a middle schooler, I painted clouds on my walls. I began teaching myself calligraphy in the 5th grade sparking a life long love of letters.

My grandmother used to always say to me, “Jack of All Trades, Master of None.” But I could never settle for a single endeavor. I love too many things and hope to continue learning until the day I die. When I’m not loving on my family, my time is spent with calligraphy, photography, writing, homeopathy, yoga, natural living, quilting, sewing, knitting, crochet, embroidery, scrapbooking, webdesigning – anything I can create with my hands and my heart.
